What if a person’s face remains hidden but he/she is still able to show his/her emotions? Emojifier aims to be an interactive artwork that provides some food for thought regarding anonymity and face detection. It’s quite relevant these days as most meetings & classes are online. Emojifier utilizes face-api.js to detect face and expressions from live video, and then draws corresponding emojis over the detected faces. This way, the actual face remains hidden, but the user is still able to convey emotion through video.
